These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bat288 ("bat288", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat288 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing bat288's Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use bat288's Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the applicable operator license. Being 18 or older does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the Services as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from bat288 or any other gambling platform, and you must not be on any exclusion register maintained by a gambling regulator.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of bat288 or any of its affiliated entities, without prior written consent from bat288.

To access bat288's full Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. bat288 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any funds held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including false age declarations — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bat288 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Suspicious activity: You must notify bat288 immediately via the support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account to any third party.
• KYC compliance: bat288 may request identity documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

The following terms apply to all deposits made to a bat288 Account:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by bat288 at the time of the transaction. Available methods are displayed in the platform cashier and are subject to change.
• Familiar payment brands referenced across the bat288 platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned for contextual reference only. None of these providers endorse or support bat288's services, and availability of any specific method is subject to the Operator's current offerings.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may be accepted where enabled by the Operator and subject to applicable conversion rates and confirmation requirements.
• All funds deposited must belong to the registered account holder. bat288 prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly, subject to processing times of the chosen payment provider. bat288 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• bat288 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or limit any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud, money laundering or account policy violations are suspected.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method and promotion.

Withdrawals from a bat288 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be requested to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. The name on the payment account must match the name on the bat288 account.
• bat288 requires KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. This typically involves submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document such as a CNIC or passport, and may include proof of address or payment method documentation.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before real-money funds derived from bonus activity become eligible for withdrawal.

bat288 may offer promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated per promotion.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, you must not place individual bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit (e.g., PKR 1,000 per bet, or as specified per offer). Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for the applicable contribution table.

• Abuse prevention: bat288 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse a bonus where it determines, at its discretion, that abuse, exploitation or fraud has occurred, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses.
• Illustrative figures: Bonus amounts displayed on the bat288 website (e.g., PKR 25,000, PKR 30,000) are illustrative examples. The Operator's current promotional terms take precedence at all times.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting and casino game activity on bat288:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Accepted bets are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User after acceptance.
• bat288 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, technical failures, market manipulation or any other circumstance that reasonably justifies voiding.
• In-play (live) betting odds reflect real-time market conditions and may change rapidly. bat288 is not liable for connection interruptions or delays experienced on the user's device during live betting.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20, international matches), football, UFC and esports — are offered on an information basis only. bat288 has no official relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), any football league, UFC or any esports organisation.
• The minimum and maximum bet sizes per market are determined by the Operator and may vary by sport, market type, event and account tier.
• bat288 may impose additional betting restrictions on specific accounts at any time, including where unusual betting patterns or suspected abuse are identified.
• Winnings from casino games (slots, live dealer, table games, instant games) are determined solely by the game's certified random number generator (RNG) or, for live games, by real-time outcomes at the table. No outcome is guaranteed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat288 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the Services if you are under the required minimum age.
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, without bat288's prior written consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Services in any way not expressly permitted by bat288.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing or any activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Services to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs or pricing glitches for financial gain.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or receiving instructions from a third party to place bets on their behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward bat288 staff or other users.

• Any loss of funds, profit, winnings or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay or termination of the Services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure or circumstances beyond bat288's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information provided on the bat288 platform, including odds, promotional descriptions or editorial content.
• Any consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bat288's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bat288 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.

All content on the bat288 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, user interface design, data compilations and code — is the property of bat288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software or code used on the platform.
• Framing, scraping or using automated tools to extract data from the platform.
• Using bat288's trademarks, logos or brand identity without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and may give rise to legal claims for intellectual property infringement.

Either party may terminate the account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

• Voluntary closure by the User: You may request closure of your bat288 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds not yet earned) will be returned to you subject to outstanding verification and withdrawal conditions.
• Closure by bat288: bat288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where the Operator determines it is necessary for regulatory or compliance purposes.
• Effect of termination: Upon closure, your access to the Services will cease. Outstanding verified real-money balances may be returned subject to bat288's satisfaction that no breach has occurred. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Surviving provisions: Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Prohibited Conduct will survive termination of this Agreement and remain in full force.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat288 is licensed and registered to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and bat288, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bat288 aims to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction. bat288 does not contest that Pakistani users have rights under Pakistani consumer protection or civil law to the extent such rights are applicable to this Agreement.
